Weak trail leg, Help Me PLZ

Unread postby pool_man_007 » Mon Apr 24, 2006 11:43 pm

I have a problem with the swing. i never seem to get myself quite inverted and i was wondering if i moved my plant step outside on purpose if it would give more of a whip on take off?
---------grip it and rip it---------

you are setting yourself up for a broken pole there. be careful, if you are out too far, all you will do is bend the snot out of the pole and get thrown deep (or back on the runway). Have you tired long jump? Power skips? Exaggerated runs?

Also, if it is avalable to you, get on some gymnastic rings and practice the swing phase.
