When to swing trail leg

Unread postby Ming3r » Tue Apr 18, 2006 12:22 am

Lets see...I've got no idea when to swing my leg. I mean, when doing inverts, sure, my right foot can kick the pole, but the other leg doesn't really do anytrhing (just kind of drops) so its not too pretty.

That, and I need suggestions on how to avoid having my top arm bend (it does it just a little bit, but, its enough to send me spinning).

look at the forums- there's a nice discussion on "gettin on top before"
(in the technique section) that adresses this some  .[/url]
