So after 5 years of vaulting, and hearing coutless times that the run is everything...i would just like to thank all, cause at practice i was finally able to get inverted and i started to jump big time, im finally jumpin over my hand grip.

I spent a good 4 months gettin my run down constantly, and once i got that, i was able to be aggresive on my plant. Everything just fell into place, and I got inverted and...WOOO cleared 15.
