HELP ME

I am a polevaulter in Texas and last year was my first year and now I need help. I only got 7'6 and before polevault starts I need to learn how to twist and I need to stop studdar stepping someone give me advise... :confused: thanks

lots of pole runs, you must have an approach you are comfortable with before you try to vault. good luck
