any thoughts?

Any thoughts on someone having their hips and body up over a crossbar yet on the way down they skim it with their thighs? Standards at 23, yet we move them in to 21.5 to 22 and he hits with his hip on the way up?

just keep it at 23 and hit it better...or have them at 22 and jump like you would with the standards at 23
