Opening height above PR

i got a big invitational meet in 3 days, but i havnt vaulted since last summer... (no pits). and the bar is gonna start at 10feet, when i pr last year was only 8 feet. (sad,sad) any tips, or help would be appreciated!!!!

Jump the way you know to jump and dont expect anything. Just do your best. When the meet is over go practice!

I agree. Don't expect too much for your first meet, especially if you havent been practicing. Don't worry about clearing at the meet, just focus on your technique.
