pole bending question

to anyone viewing this what is in your opinion the key to getting a good pole bend*asume your using a pole about 5-10 lbs above your weight

ugg...not again, lol.

a strong take off, a stiff(not locked arm) that is pushing up, and a nice long like to get some more energy (double pendulum.) of course, jumping over your hand grip should be a first
