Hi....
I was curious to know if there are any good coaches in the Southwest FL area that I could get some private lessons from or just join in and get help with vaulting??

Also, we just got a pole vault pit this year (YAY) and I am not very experienced in pole vaulting, I vaulted last year, but we had no pv pit, but now I have no pv coach, and our plant box hasn't come in yet, (it should be any day now though)... are there any workouts/drills that can help when self-training??

Thanks,
Jaimie

like peepers said, to to the pole vault city web site, and right on the main page there's info for a vault camp in ft. lauderdale at St. Thomas Aquinas School for one day camp on Saturday February 12th. Cost is $75, includes lunch and t-shirt, and the times will be from 8 am to 5 pm.

you should check it out! it looks like it should be good! :)
