Try swinging a little frather back before you pull. I would assume you are getting caught before inversion, and then trying to pull, and you just flag out at the bar. Keep your hands directly over your head and swing until you feel centered over the pole while upside down. Practice on some pop ups without bend and then with a little bend on a very small pole.

rock back as far as you can?
then shoot up?


and yeah cause really when i jump i tend to do it immediately when i have to hold my drive as long as possible. i tend do it immediately like shoot up and turn and stuff. thats one of my biggest problems and i have to get rid of the habit
