Pat Manson Elite Immersion Winter Camp in Colorado
December 27th, 28th and 29th. Denver/Boulder/Ft Collins

Fun and fantastic camp experience. All inclusive.
Airport pickup and dropoff, housing, meals, transport.

Learn more about pole vaulting in three days than you thought possible! Not just vaulting, but technical study, mental skills, and details and stories you just can't get at a "normal" camp. 6 camper limit! Fills fast. All skill levels welcome. Gotta love vaulting and be dedicated!!

Pat Manson Pole Vault Camps
NORTHERN COLORADO POLE VAULT CAMP!!
December 27th, 28th, 29th (mini meet), 2007
Three day camp - $450 – 6 camper limit


A great Pre Season camp prior to the Indoor Season to be held indoors at the Colorado State University Fieldhouse in Ft. Collins Colorado! Vault from 10:00-12 and 12-2:00 27th and 28th (2 sessions/day) and 10-1 the 29th (in a meet simulation type of practice session).


Coaches: Pat Manson, John Carmony

Cost: $450 all 3 days




Schedule for Elite Camp:

Thur 27th and Fri 28th Sat 29th
9:40 Arrive at CSU – Jog outside, Dress warm 9:40 Arrive at CSU – get ready
10am Doors Open 10am Doors Open
10am Start Session, Finish Warmup 10am Start Warmup and Drills
12:00 Break for lunch 10:30 Start mini Meet
12:30 Morning session ends afternoon starts 12:50 Meet ends
2pm Afternoon Session ends – leave 1:00pm camp ends – leave

Gymnastics Friday, Study/Videos/concepts on Saturday
