How high do I need to be jumping(girls) to vault in college? (For any school-D1, D2 or D3)
Perferablly a college in Ohio or close to itt

You are probably in good shape at 11 feet plus.
Some schools allow walk ons at any height.
Look at the current season results for the schools you have interest in. That will show you what the girls on the team are jumping.

Figure out what schools are a good fit for you academically. Check and see if they have pole vault. Contact the coaches to find out what it takes to walk-on and/or get a scholarship. Every school is different, you really can't make assumptions. You need to talk to the coaches very early in the process.
