Every year in Ohio the Arnold Classic Sports Festival takes place. This is a big deal in the body building world, but not widely heralded elsewhere. The Arnold Classic takes place the first week of March, and features a variety of sport exhibitions.
Now I read about this every year in my Flex magazine, and every year I go think that someone should get pole vaulting mixed up in this- it's just such an awesome sport to exhibition, and it's at the perfect time for pre-season competition for outdoor. Unfortunately I'm in California, so I'm just trying to seed an idea. I have no connections or resources of any kind in the Midwest for pole vault. However you guys do, so hopefully someone runs with it.

That's a bad time of year to do an event like that because HS and college kids are busy with their school season.
