You might want to be more specific... about what size pole are you looking for?

If you don't know, tell us your height and weight and what poles you have used in the past and whether or not you were bending them.

im about 155 5 foot 9 in last year i weighed about 145 and used a 145 ucs

We still need more info if you really want help.

Do you remember what length pole you used? How high were/are you gripping the pole? How high did you jump last year?

The 2 most essential items of info that you need to get an adequate pole are your weight (which you've given) and the length of pole that you need (or at least your grip height).

hey thanks for the replies sorry i didnt provide all the info
last year i vaulted on the 145 13' 1 ucs i was gripping at the very top maybe like 3 inches below the end of the pole
i cleared 12 feet and almost cleared 12 6 in one meet
im alot stronger this year and i weigh alittle bit more
i was thinking to try and get a 13' 6"(or 7 in i dont kno the incriments) 155 ucs
weight 155 height 5'9"
