District 11 state qualifiers

Just letting everyone know, the following 3 made it to states from D11:

Troxel (Allen) 13'9"
Bommarito (East Stroudsburg South) 14'
Ragosta (Parkland) 15'

ah hit 14' great job man!!!! im lookin to hopefully hit 15' or higher tomorrow i changed alot of things in my swing this past week and got up to clearing 14'6" in practice which for me is unheard of....... i usually have trobkle clearing 13'6" in practice... by the way i added u to my msn buddy list i need someone to talk vault with no one around here but me does it....

ol guess i'll have to start signing onto msn again Yeah I changed a lot over the past week, mainly my pole carry which solved a lot of problems for me. Now I work on keeping it that ay. I started carrying my pol badly again towards the end of the meet, which was prolly why i didn't get 14'6" which I got over, but kept coming down on it. So now I practic on better ple carry again, and getting my steps out so I can work on holding at the top of the 14, and trying to get onto the 15' for states. Yeah I know what ya mean abut jumping crappy in practice. We have a pavement runay with on of those black roll out runways. I usually can't jump at all in practice, but I had a breakthrough day on monday and luckily kept it again yesterday :-D
