Congratulations to Lindsey Regan. Who broke the national high school freshman record previously held by samantha shepard. The new record is 12 3 1/4.

yeah i know mike. he is an awesome coach. i have worked with him a couple times. He and lindsey were at skyjumpers a couple weeks ago. In my opinion he is the best girls vault coach on the east coast

Mike is an awesome coach. He coaches anyone - just send him an email
PVCoach@msn.com - he's very accessable for vaulters in the tri-state area (PA, NJ, DE).
Lindsey makes his 8th 12 footer or higher girl.
He gets his guys to go pretty high too.....

yeah, i wasn't saying he isn't a good guys coach. he is just notorious for his girls.
