My prediction is that the weather will suck, we'll see a lot of NHs, and 4.20 will make finals.
15 of the original 24 athletes train in (what I consider) warm weather climates.
I will try to post more detailed analysis tomorrow.
Anyone have any predictions for prelims?

There were questions raised about whether some of the "last chance" meets met the (unpublished) criteria that high performance has established for that type of meet.

29 ladies in the field. Interesting what will happen with the men.

It is soooooo grossss here. Cold and wet. Could be like London? It's actually raining pretty hard right now, it'll be interesting to see if they end up delaying it. It'll have to be pretty bad for that to happen.

They let the athletes vote, from what I've heard they had the option of prelims today, prelims tomorrow, or straight finals Sunday and they voted for straight finals Sunday.

Let me guess. The dissenters were probably the top 5 or 6 vaulters.
If it can be effed up, USATF will eff it up. They are the most inept sports body in history.
