My son and I have been vaulting at least once a week since school started.He runs,lifts and swims as part of his fall conditioning.We use a bar about every 3 weeks and the bungee the rest of the time.Nothing over 5 lefts until after Thanksgiving.Nothing can replace having a pole in your hands.Hopefully I won't screw him up too bad until we can get down to Bells in DEC.

or how about moving there for the summer. that may be the route i take. i got way too much out of three weeks last summer to not consider that an option. oh, and trey-we have to top last year's outdoor sec antics this season if that is even possible.
