Rachel Laurent (LA) clears 13'3"

Rachel Laurent, soph. at Vandebilt Catholic cleared 13'3" at the Louisiana
4-A regional meet. She brushed the bar on the way down but it stayed up.
She then had it move up to 13"6" and had two close attempts. Maybe at
State! She was on a 13'6" 125# Mystix carbon holding around 12'3". She
If she moved her had up she crushed it, needs a stiffer pole. Ordered one today!

Congrats to Rachel! I'm pretty sure that mark is leading the nation outdoors. You should post this in the high school forum so more will see.

Congratulations to bayouvaulter if you are the coach and Rachel, a 20 inch push off, very impressive. Coach, how are Spencer and your other fine pole vaulters jumping?
