Mitch is very comfortable between his hands. And like Earl Bell said a few years ago, "If ever there was anyone born to vault, it's Mitch Greeley." You must have talked to Jeff since the camp. Jeff was great... as usual.
We got a lot accomplished during the camp and had a great followup in our Charleston area session yesterday. I expect many to PR, and a lot of school records to fall, during the next few weeks.
Carolina Extreme wrote:At our camp this weekend Mitch Greeley joined the 16ft club in our PR meet with a vault of 16' 6". He had plenty of height on it too. His previous best was 15' 8". He was running from 7 lefts on a 16' 180 CarbonFX, holding at about 15' 4" (14'8" in the box). He jumped 16' last night for his school also. I'm looking for Mitch to make a good run at 17ft this year.![]()

in a real meet?

In a PR meet, over a crossbar. In the camp PR meet we give one mulligan to each vaulter, Mitch did not use his. So, was it in a "certified meet?" No. Was he representing his school? No. But it was in a meet with a crossbar and countable as a PR for him. He will not receive credit on any national lists for it though, since it was a handicapped meet. But a PR none the less.

Is that when you get a forth attempt, a volzing, or when you use the wrong size club , I mean wrong size pole???![]()
I think this qualifies as a PPR Practice Personal Record.![]()
But commendable congrats Mitch![]()

as far a golfing goes I could use a mulligan every other shot probably, gosh I haven't been in a while I should 9 on my schedule.
. LOL That's the worst I have heard of. He said the greens were elevated and hard, and most had water by them. He must have spent as much on balls as he did the round of golf. LOLReturn to “South and Southeast Regions”
