Who's Leading Region 4 Throughout Texas? ?

im leading the 27- 5A district of texas w\t 13-7... id like to know who is
leading region 4 of texas ,,
to see who my comp. is for my regional meet ... can anyone help me out here ???

Fidel Velasquez out of Laredo Alexander has jumped 14'1 outdoors and 14'8 indoors.

man.. that guy is a national decathlon champion in the summer track program thing... i competed againts him at Border olympics. he went 1rst and i went 2nd.... so if hes leading the pole vault in region 4 ... are u telling my that im 2nd in my region. cause hes the only pole vaulter i havent beat...
