Donna Schultz just cleared 3.11m to set a new masters wr at the UW Invitational in the 50-54 category a few moments ago.

I thought about making sure I was at the meet first thing to see Donna jump, but it's going to be a long day, so I chose sleeping in instead. I'll be there in an hour or so!

I thought Phil had it for the age group at 10-8????

Phil had it at 3.06m, 10' 0.5" from Boston in 2000. Donna jumped 10'1" at Reno and now this at 10' 2.5".

The lower guys pit started at 14'8 (and 6 of the 11 NH'd). They started the women's pit at 3.11, and I think the only reason they started that low was for Donna. I think that being Kate Soma's mom has some pull there.
