That's impressive Adam! First lefty Huffman Roll I've ever seen. You have probably the best body awareness of anyone I've ever seen, possibly except for Spencer Stephens.

Way to hit the pocket on the bottom! Takeoff looks a little flat and squashing the pole a little. I would coach you to jump up more.

Great job though!

Kris

It's nice to see a new video up on your site. Keep them comin. Gotta get that provisional mark huh?

I like how fast you are moving at the bottom, much better than Reno.

Why?

I think his angle works with the type of bottom half he has and his size. Looks a lot like tim mcmicheal through the swing. Tim always had a low angle as well. Its just my opinion, but it looks like hes putting a lot of energy in the pole by the low angle and hes catching so thats why i wouldnt change it. To me maybe if he couldnt catch it then change it but he can.

Adam,
do you have any video of the guy (what's his name...Spencer) at VTech a couple of weeks ago? He did like a triple over the bar and landed square in the pit!! It was awesone. Aaron says he always knows exactly where he is in the air.
