When you are in college you will have a physical right off the bat. When you go to that... drink lots of water. Nothing worse than sitting in a room full of people who could not pee enough and holding a jar with a little of your pee and drinking water until you gotta go again

The meets are more competitive...and the cross bar doesnt start at 6 feet...lol. For me, workouts are a lot harder cuz in high school i only vaulted, i never did sprint workouts, and here we only vault twice a week, meaning i have to run the other days. I also find the vaulters are really really close from spending lots of time together. Thats all i can think of for now.

College is a different place than HS. for one u usually dont have to be "at school" from like 7a-3pm. Ur schedule allows u for more freedom, and more time for pole vault amoungst other things. Also most colleges have an abundance of poles that u usually wouldn't find at most HS's. The workouts are harder , the meets are harder , the classes are harder. But it is a lot more fun than HS.
