Jonathan suffered a dislocated shoulder in a car accident over the summer. He redislocated his shoulder in the fall in a horseback riding accident. This semester he has decided not to attend school.

So sorry to hear he got hurt! I hope he feels better soon.
Keep in mind that for DI eligibility, his clock is ticking even if he is not in school, and there are also strict requirements about making progress toward graduation, so it's tough to take more than one semester off. If he wants to remain eligible at the DI level he'll need to monitor this and may want to consider summer classes.

I competed against Joe in high school. I never saw any fear. He didn't have time. I saw him win 4 medals at the 1981 state meet at my high school.
