National Michigan Connection

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that this could be the first time that a state of Michigan athlete has won the NCAA pole vault national indoor title in DI and also in DII. Brad Gebauer is from the small town (DIII HS) of Bad Axe Mi. and Bryant Wilson is from the even smaller town of Hale, Mi (DIV HS). Both are "alumni" of Ron Gebauer's Tip of the Thumb Vaulting Club in Bad Axe.
