I have a Sophomore decathlete, (he is 6'3 and weighs 206) that is a beginning vaulter. He needs the shortest 210 available, any ideas?

I believe Bruce Caldwell at Essx made a 12 or 13 200 for Bob Banhagle. I would check with him.
