I don't think they have the conversions 100% accurate for vertical jumps yet, but I'm sure they are within a 1/4". The statistician in me can't endorse the product until they are 100% accurate for pole vault statistical purposes, but I am looking forward to future releases of the app!

I understand it is not set by the gold book but it is by the IAAF rounding formula!

we are accurate to .01 of an inch to the internationally used standards of the french conversions used in the international weights and measures tables. same tables used by the olympic committee and the usatf. turns out the gold book is NOT official for world records nor American records, therefore we no longer feel the need to try to match them, we will stay internationally standardized. since gold book is also copyrighted, we cannot sync our app to their interpretation of conversions of vertical jumps, unless they hire us or give us legal permission.

Handy little app. I like the visual adjustments of the bar and standard base as you adjust the numbers. Ive been carrying around a laminated conversion table for years and this seems accurate enough to replace it. This should save a lot of time and effort both in practice and competition.

I can not download this app to my iphone it keeps telling me it is not available in the US. When will this app become available to US users of the iPhone
