I think this whole thing sounds shady, and would encourage anyone interested to confirm with the high school that these poles are actually for sale.

Nothing shady about it, old coach in a new situation where there are no vaulters and job want allow him time to spend on the vault. My understanding is he sold them all this weekend at state anyway.
