Has anyone on this site ever heard of the IAAF world youth championships? If anyone has any information on this meet, or have been to either of the previous meets in Poland and Hungry could you please tell me what to expect, the information online is scarce. Thanks

i was in the meet in hungary-best time of my life. it sucks that you guys are not going to europe this year, but it should still be a fun trip. im not sure if i have met you before, but mitch greely-the other vaulter going-is one of my former teammates. stay around him and youll have a blast.

Where did you vault in hungry? About 4 years ago I was doing some work at an olympic training center in, I believe, Tatavania. Just curious if it was the same place.

i vaulted in a city called Debrecen. me and donny kil were on the team that year. i believe it is the second largest city in hungary, pretty fun place i have to say. but one thing i noticed is that the women really need to get in touch with a razor blade and some axe body spray. hairy girls smell funny, you know what i mean.

not all of them were like that, but the select few which were made up for all the others. no offense, just a harmless observation. there were actually many very attractive girls there and man if they didnt know how to party. ill be back there as soon as i can afford it.

Well you could always drive down to Athens and party with our foreign athletes and pretend you are in Europe
