whats was ur PR in 8th grade
i started to polevualt last year as a seveth grader i jumped 10 foot and we just started vaulting again and i ve already jumped 12 i was just wandering how the everyone else does

i never thought of doing and i just tried track to kill and hour of school
then i made the high jump team and i needed a second event to go to meets so i tryed it out and i started to bet everyone of the guys at the school by the end of the season i medaled in everymeet and won conference(thats as far as 8th graders get to go)

Wow...none of the middle schools around where I am offer pole vault....actually, after I quit gymnastics at the end of eighth grade and my friends asked me what sport I was going to do next, I had to explain to them what pole vaulting was because they truly had no clue.

Oh wait WA doesn't sponsor pole vault in 8th grade anyway. And the thought had never crossed my mind to do track at all at the time.

thats really good for girsl are girls 8th grade record is 8 foot 5 but thats going to be broken but no as high as 10 7
