Good Job
My daughter changed schools her Jr. Year. I had been a volunteer vault coach at her previous school and offered myself in the same capacity at the new school. A 7th grade girl I started coaching that year jumped 8’. 8th grade year jumped 10’6”, 9th 12’, 10th 12’4”, 11th 12’7”, 12th 13’1” official, much higher unofficial. That’s a good high school career. She is also the state all class leader in 3 other track events, 100H, 300H, and Javelin and her team won their 4th consecutive state championship. That’s a pretty good high school track athlete. She set a state record of 4808 points in winning the heptathlon and played on the state championship Volley Ball team two years in a row. She was also a state champion swimmer in the 200m freestyle and anchored the state champion 800m relay. That’s 4 state championships in 4 different events in the same year. Oh yeah she carries a 4.2 GPA. Could she have jumped higher with a better coach, probably or could she have jumped higher if she didn’t do as many events maybe, but I think it has prepared her to succeed at the next level. Good job Neal.
Missing a high bar isn't the problem its setting it to low and making it.

Re: Good Job
You got her to where she is now. Neal is a heck of an athlete but she had some good guidance along the way. Hope everything works out for her.
