Jr. Nationals qualifying mark?

Do you think the qualyfing marks for junior will stay at 16-2 for boys? Do they take a certain amount only or everyone over the qualifying mark?
My buddy and first mentor all most jumped 16-6, at 18, from 14 strides and gripping 14-3!
