aioght, that was what i was refering to after i fiured out aobut indoor/outdoor, cause your vid doesn't say nation indoor record, but im glad we are all to an understanding.

At the Western Guilford meet a Maverick Miles was signed up at 13', he never showed but i'm told by some vaulters in his county that he is in 8th grade. Can't remember where it was though
