No Limits Pole Vault Clinic #2 Jan. 14th 2006

This Clinic wil be held on Jan. 14th 2006. It will be a progression of the first clinic. The first clinic delt with the being a first time vaulter. This time we will get into the biomechanics of the vault through video analysis. We will spend more time in the gymnastics room doing more pole vault related trampoline and rope drills. and then fianlly doing a simple vault progression on the floor and into the pit. :D :yes:
