Hey thanks for getting back to me!
I think I'll start trying to get onto the 14' 140 lbs. So, for meets and long run days and stuff like that, I should start and warm up on my softer 13' poles and then move up to the 14s? Or, should I start on the 14 140 and just take it from there?
