but al you have to do is to try to just get down there and start your run without thinking about it

howdy in louisiana in the winter time we have indoor track at LSU i don't really know how to like do it b/c it is part of our scheduled track meets so all you have to do is ask your coach or an area coach in the summer there are all kind of track teams go online and type in stuff relating to summer ...

well at our distirict meet last week i finnaly broke my pr of 10' it is now 10'4'' i was just at a barier and i finnaly broke it
