Im thinking about trying some Essx poles..
How does a 16'5 spirit pole compare to a 16'5 essx carbon pole? Weight, hard/soft bend, speed of recoil.

3 lefts to full run-up
I was just wondering if there was a general rule that could help converting a 3 lefts grip into a full run-up grip.. my pb with 3 lefts are 13'5 (stiff pole) and 14'4 with bend. At the moment i'm jumping with 15'1 grip for full run-up. And i think i can rise my grip pretty much, since the pole i use...
