When do you start to lower the pole and what do you actually do with your hands? like how do you raise the pole above your head.

Ok so when you got to lower the pole i'm confused with what to do with my hands. For example which hand do I lower the pole with and what does the bottom hand do. Also helpful would be some drills to improve the plant propr and the lowering of the pole.

How do I increase cadence and not increase stride distance. Because when I start lowering my pole I start to run on my heals instead of the ball of my feet.
