straight take off leg
could any one tell me if bending the taking off leg later could be a problem and how should I avoid it? Ok I had make the box now,it cost me 15 usd for making and 50 usd for the metal 2mm thikness,it seems very good,but only instead of 105 degree angle,they did it 107 degree,I hope it will not be a problem.

Yes Becca,I didnt have it,but I searched yesterday after posting this and I found the IAAF 2010-2011 rule in PDF,thank you for all.Also I had check the markets to made one of it,so the stainsteel will cost 100-150 USD(thikness 1.5mm), and 100 USD for making.so if any one want I can order and ship hi...

I am confused now,which leg plays the majour role in swing,as I know u must swing with the trail leg,but as I noticed in the USATF POLE VAULT EDUCATION PROGRAM(chapter 5),it says that (keep the lead knee flexed and swing it up towards the top arm and must delay the swing up of the trail leg immediat...

Your best bet is to join one of the many clubs in the US. I run one in Milwaukee, Earl Bell has one in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Jan Johnson has one in Atascadero, CA, Dean Starkey runs one in Arizona etc., there are many good clubs, pick your best training location and go from there.
