hand slipping

over the summer ive been going to a few pole vault camps and lately my upper hand slide about 6 inches what are some good exercises to help strengthen my wrists and fore arms?

i did it on a 140 11'6 and i need a bigger pole cause ive been told that with a bigger pole and more speed i could go alot higher cause i have good technique
but what was that you were saying before about meets over the summer can anyone participate?

the 14'9 is a 140 pole
but i am 5'7 and i bent the pole alot i reached 10 using an 11'6 pole i was holding at the top and had 7 lefts my school hasnt had a decent vaulter since the 80's so we dont have many poles so if that information helps thanks

well my season is over but i want to keep training its just i am a bit intimidated but sheer size of the pole

there was a gap between the run way and the mat and it when in there and i continued my jump the only other size pole is a 14'9 :( which hate 2 say it 2 big

well my pole broke cause of a missed plant but it was a pacer mystic 150w and 12' and that was the only one that was the right size and weight for me i weight 146 so im not sure if there getting new ones or not but i want to know what kind i should get just in case.
