up here in pa, we have a kid who vaulted 16'9", andrew rademacher...i think that is how he spells it, and fr girls we have the regan sisters which one is over 12 and one is over 13.

I can't jump

I need some help here! When i take my approch, and I plant, I do not jump up. I sag down and rely on my pole to do all the work. I need help here. It is affecting my preformances, if anyone can help me please drop me some love, thank you

I also have the privliage of working with those fantastic regan girls up at moravian university at vertical assult. the coach up there, mike lawryk is amazing, and i can see y these girls jump so damn high. they are also really cute ;)

for a full ride you would have to be something special, im in the same boat as you my friend, im also looking into schlorships and what not, what ive been told by teachers and coaches, is that its a combo of your heights, work ethic, and grades. Good results in the state meet are always nice too.
