Sparks won the AA pole vault at PA states with a jump of 15' 10". he also broke the AA state record by 10 inches.

PA is building a name for itself by putting out a group of 16-footers.
Eric Sparks leads the state with jump of 16-1 & altogether 3 jumps over 16 feet
Ronny Walters has recently gone 16-0
Jimmy Schneider has nearly missed 16-0

I have been working on my cadence or rythm at the end of my run. When you overstride it is impossible to takeoff on or out. When you increase your cadenace and combine that with a smooth continuous pole drop you can't help but takeoff on.
