I know a lot of vaulters that bent the pole in their first year. I did it and so did my buddy Dan. I was bending the pole by the first meet of the year. As long as you keep trying youll be able ot do it.

WHen you sprain your ankle and it swells up to the size of a grape fruit and you have to use crutches to get around but you still manage to get up a latter just so you can still rope vault.

My freshman year i manged to stratle a crossbar. Sat on top of it for about a min. b4 it finally snapped. Man did that hurt i couldnt walk for about an hour.

someone else using my pole. (it just doesnt feel the same after someone else uses it.
Having to move just b4 your junior track year.
Not having an indoor season because your head track coach just thinks its more of an opertunity for someone to get injured.

I only lift on occasion. But i dont think i do that bad.

i increased my pr by a foot and a half going 12'3''. And took 5th at my county meet.

At the first meet last year i jumped 8ft. I ended up jumping 12ft at the end of the season. 4ft in about 3-4 mounths.

I've been looking for a pair of neon green or just green spikes and can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know where i'd be able to buy a pair on-line.
