Looking for some STIFF poles
Currently I am vaulting on a 5.10m 13.9 ESSX carbon (really awesome pole), but am looking for something stiffer like 13.2 (or around there preferably stiffer) and a 12.5 (or around there preferably stiffer) and lengths of 5.00m to 5.20m. I hold about 4.90 on the 5.10 pole to get it even stiffer, but...

reminds me of an accident i had at reno pole vault summit in 2003...got too eager and my technique fell apart after holding about 6 inches too high on a pole (was about at 15'10" grip) and got the pole to vertical and it stalled...i tried to get it to go off to one of the sides unsuccessfully and en...

Well i have done 16'1.25" in a meet came during indoor season this year, and have cleared 17'8" in practice over a bar cleanly in the past...the reason there is a such a big difference in heights is that i have terrible shin splints that hurt most days, but luckily not all days(icing them, toe taps,...

You talk about having snow during the winter at a meet...two years ago at my conference Multis Championship, both days were in sub 30 temps and snowing and this was towards the end of April and I live in South Central Oregon. The good side of things was a pr'd by 400pts overall and won the competiti...
