The man behind the clovis street vault for the past decade or more is Bob Fraley. He just retired as the Director of Track at Fresno State. I believe he is still in charge of the street vault and I am sure he'll still be involved in the NAPVA. Don't have an e-mail addy for him though. I'll see if I ...
