Mental problem
Im having troble pole vaulting at my best potential at meets. When im at practice i can clear 9ft easy. But at the meets i can bearly clear 8ft. At meets when i go to vault i think to much, i think about all the things that can go wrong and the things i should be doing. I like having peoples opinon ...

So i go to a high school and we dont have a pole vauling coach yet, but our first meet is in a week and my over all track coach wants me to vault that day. Full extension at top of vault
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get fully extended at the top of my vault? Drills off the pole, anything?
