As a welder, all I can tell u is to get ur basic measurements from another school's standards and go from there. For the base, 2 inch angle and 2 inch square tubing should suffice, just make sure they slide. Fore the standards, some strong rectangle tubing (maybe 2x4 or 3x6) and flatbar surrounding ...
