That sounds good. I still have a lot of time to think about it during my recovery. I think I'll at least learn how to land and then see if I still want to do it.

Thanks. To CHC04Vault, the sand was really bad where I was jumping. I think that if I learn how to land, then I won't ever land the way that I did when I broke my foot. In my sophomore year: 12' 150 to a 13' 150 to a 14' 140 to a 14' 155 to a 14'7" 152 (ESSX) to a 15' 160 (which I never could get on), then my school finally broke down and bought me a 14' 165 which I am on right now.

How wide to grip

I was just wondering how far apart your hands should be when holding the pole. I've heard from about making your arms a 90 degree angle to the length of your forearm. Thanks
