thanx for the help on the other post,, those drills did help,,,, now, though, im having problems getting verticle... my coach says i have a great run and good plant, but i cant finish and get verticle, i need help baaad......

i really love to vault, and i want to know what i should do between season to be better the next? ( i am now doing cross country, but i cant decide if i'll wrestle againt this year)
