I agree to use the 150. Spirits are easier to bend but if you've never touched anything that long you'll hurt your vaulting more then helping. It really depends.. There are all comers meets on tuesdays.. Im not sure of the date ranges yet. Its like $1 to enter but you also run into the 6' jumper range. But I think they are fun... Im in the middle around 12'-14' depending on what pole Im using so Im kinda in the middle. Might not be so suited for those above 1...

The real question is how much do you weigh? dum dum dum... Im 175 and I had a 176 but now Im using a 182.. havent gotten to the end yet..
